Laurie Messing
Laurie is an Extension Educator for MSU Extension providing research-based educational programming in the area of Food Safety. She covers Huron, Sanilac, St. Clair and Tuscola counties with educational outreach. She is a member of the National Extension Association of Family and Consumer Sciences.
Laurie offers food safety educational programs in the Thumb of Michigan including:
